Diet by blood group – 1 negative. Rules, menus, reviews.

Diet for the first negative blood type – what it should be. We asked the COLADY Magazine Certified Nutritionist about this.

The first blood group was originally in all people. In the course of evolution, the other three branched off from it. Therefore, people with the first blood group are sometimes conventionally called “hunters”. Holders of this blood group, as a rule, are self-sufficient and strong people. For the most part, these people have strong immune and digestive systems. Nevertheless, there are also weaknesses, such as problematic adaptation to changes in environmental conditions. Plus, such people are very prone to allergic reactions.

Weight Loss Tips for People with 1 Negative Blood Type

  1. In order to lose weight, be sure to include in your diet seafood, especially algae (brown or kelp). Algae will compensate for the iodine deficiency in the body, and this, as you know, will have a positive effect on metabolism.
  2. Among vegetable crops, give preference broccoli, spinach and other life-affirming green products. Your menu should also have quite a few radish and radish, because they significantly increase the amount of thyroid hormones.
  3. You should be extremely careful with vitamin complexes, beware of excess vitamins A and E in your body. During your diet, eat foods and supplements that contain potassium, calcium, iodine and manganese. Due to the fact that there are few cereals in your diet, take care of the B vitamins on your own. And the body’s needs for vitamin K for people with 1 negative blood group will be replenished by the liver and eggs.
  4. Avoid meals prepared with nutritional yeast. Include in your daily diet dairy products, such as kefir, yoghurts, low-fat cottage cheese. This will help you prevent an imbalance in the bacterial balance of your intestines. However, it is also not necessary to get carried away with the use of such products, since there is a high probability that you can simply overdo it.
  5. For weight loss, prioritize intense sports, such as: running, swimming (significant anaerobic loads), skiing, etc. A diet of 1 negative blood group in any case requires you to be constantly active.

Basic dietary rules:

Do you want the diet to be successful and highly effective for you? Try to follow all the recommendations above, as well as special dietary rules. It is very important to clearly follow the plan towards the intended goal. In order to lose weight:

  • Try to eat meat three or even four times a week.
  • It is best to eat meat baked, or also marinated. If possible, marinate in lemon juice, cherry juice or various spices.
  • Minimize your consumption of cheeses, because they can be very poorly absorbed by people who have a Rh negative blood type I. The exception is goat cheese, but you shouldn’t get too carried away with it.
  • If you have any thyroid problems, then eat as much fish or fish oil as possible. These foods will help bring your thyroid gland back to normal and will also help you lose weight.
  • If you are tempted to have a snack, then there is great news for you – after the “main” meals, you can also eat dried fruits.
