John Deere 318 Fuel Shut Off Valve
The john deere 318 fuel shut-off valve is located under the gas tank. This is the fuel supply to the engine. It allows the operator to change the fuel as needed. The valve is located on the left side of the tank. There are four bolts located on the top deck, near the seat. Once these bolts have been removed, the fuel tank can slide up. Reserve gasoline sits in a lower recessed area in the tank.
