You don’t have to visit an expensive salon to get rid of cellulite. You can do the wraps at home: they will help to make the skin smoother and more elastic, as well as get rid of the “orange peel” effect.

The clay should be diluted in water to the consistency of thick sour cream and a little citrus essential oils should be added to the mixture (in the absence of allergies).
The resulting composition is applied to problem areas for 15-20 minutes. Clay improves metabolic processes and “draws” excess water from tissues, eliminating puffiness.
Grate the ginger root. You will need two tablespoons to wrap. Dilute the ginger with milk in equal proportions. The resulting mixture is applied to problem areas, after which a cling film is applied to the skin.
Ginger speeds up metabolism and enhances blood microcirculation, due to which cellulite will become less noticeable after 3-4 procedures.
3. Green tea
Take 4 tablespoons of large leaf green tea, grind the tea thoroughly in a coffee grinder until you get a fine powder and pour boiling water over it.
You should have a thick gruel that resembles sour cream in consistency. Add two tablespoons of natural honey to the mixture. The product is applied to problem areas for 20-30 minutes under the film. During the procedure, you should lie under a warm blanket: thanks to heating, the beneficial substances from the tea will penetrate deeper into the tissues and the anti-cellulite effect of the wrap will be more pronounced.
4. Honey and mustard
Take two tablespoons of honey and a similar amount of mustard powder. Mix the ingredients of the wrap, after diluting the mustard with water until it becomes a thick gruel.
Apply the composition to problem areas, wrap in cling film and go about your usual business. It is recommended to do the wrap for 15-20 minutes. If you feel too strong a burning sensation, wash off the composition with cool running water.
Avoid if mustard gets on the mucous membranes: this can cause a chemical burn.
Preliminary test for sensitivity, applying a little mustard dissolved in water to the elbow fold: remember that mustard powder is a strong allergen!
5. Essential oils
Dissolve 3-4 drops of orange, tangerine or lemon essential oil in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (sea buckthorn, grape, olive).
Apply the mixture to problem areas, wrap with cling film and lie down for 20 minutes.
6. Pepper tincture
Mix 3 tablespoons of pepper tincture, the same amount of wheat flour and the protein of one egg. Apply the resulting mixture to areas with cellulite. After 15 minutes, wash off the composition with cool water and apply a moisturizer.
The wraps described above should be done at least once a week, not forgetting about exercise and diet. Thanks to such an integrated approach, you will quickly forget about what cellulite is!
