Then he turned his dream into reality in a very curious way: the artist just came up with and painted his ideal pet. How does a Malaysian artist bring his little digital creatures into the real world? Chong In his interview, he says that he is very surprised by the reaction of society and that he is very flattered. “People like that motivate me to create more drawings.”, – explained the talented artist. Therefore, the master decided to continue working and expand the number of his virtual pets. In his Instagram one can find works with dogs, cats, wolves of all shapes and sizes.

A spontaneous idea that people liked

Also, in an interview Yi chong talked a little about his work. He started working as a graphic designer, but after 5 years he quit due to a meager salary, after which he decided to work as a freelancer. The artist admitted that this project of his arose spontaneously and initially it was the most common experiment.

“It was supposed to be a test of understanding light and shadow, but people really like them. That is why the experiment was delayed, and I continue to paint to this day, ”says the master.

As the artist himself admits, he lives alone in an apartment where there is a rule prohibiting the establishment of pets, which is why his fantastic digital animals provide him with the opportunity to feel the much-needed comfort.

“I will continue to produce them as long as it brightens people’s days and also cheers them up,” added Chong.
