aspiring singer Zarema on the multitasking of modern man

Singer Zarema, who is just starting her career, told who inspires her, how to combine family, business and creativity, about her attitude towards competitors and how changes, for which she was completely unprepared, changed her life.

Interviewer – Colady magazine journalist Galina Kharitonova.

Colady: Zarema, business is probably taking a lot of energy from you. How are you recovering?

Zarema: Family is my main source of strength. I know for sure that my relatives will share with me all the joys, give advice, praise and support. My husband really inspires me, and the children make me happy. More recently, we have a new love – a dog named Barney.

Colady: Tell us what your multitasking is related to? In your case, is it a necessity, or a conscious choice?

Zarema: You know, I cannot live otherwise. I am a very active person and it is important for me that there is always work, new goals and plans. When the business that I started brings moral and financial pleasure, I want to start something new.
I treat my projects as a part of myself, I am immersed in work as much as possible and I am happy that my participation in all processes bears fruit.

Colady: Share how you combine creativity and business? Do these professional areas have similarities?

Zarema: Business is, first of all, making money, this is the work to which I devote the maximum of my time. Creativity is for the soul, this is my childhood dream, which I decided to fulfill. Recording songs, performing them on stage, communicating with fans, I feel like an absolutely happy person.
It’s as if my wings are growing behind my back. These are completely new sensations for me. Business is about stability, creativity is about emotions.

Colady: Despite the fact that you are an active business woman and a creative unit, you are also a mom. How does your family feel about your active work?

Zarema: My loved ones fully support me. When I first started making music, they told me that I had changed, there was a sparkle in my eyes.
It is very valuable for me that my family can see this and understand how important it is to me. Children listen to my songs, they really like what mom does, and they constantly tell their friends about it.

Colady: Zarema, tell us, what artist / artist would you like to sing in a duet with in Russian and Western show business?

Zarema: This summer we recorded a track with Malbor “Crimson Blossom”. This was my first duet, I was delighted with this work. When two energies unite, it’s incredible!
I adore the work of Intars Busulis. If one day there is a song for a duet, I will be happy if he shares this story with me. Another dream is a duet with Ani Lorak. She is an amazing artist, the idol of millions.

Colady: How does music help you reach your potential? What new can you give your creativity to the modern listener?

Zarema: In music, I can share my energy, my love, my feelings with the audience. Getting reviews on the Web for my first tracks, I understand that I’m on the right track. My songs are a new trend in music.

Colady: You are from Kabardino-Balkaria and have lived there most of your life, why did you decide to move to Moscow? Was the move difficult for your family?

Zarema: We moved to Moscow with my husband, who received a job offer. Frankly, it was a very difficult and difficult step for me as a woman, wife and mother. My eldest son had just started first grade, and the youngest was just born.
I also had to change my usual lifestyle and environment. But we are used to all the difficulties and difficult moments to live together and support each other in everything.
In addition, this move became a new growth point for me. Looking back, I can say that I do not regret it at all, I am grateful that it happened so.

Colady: Do you think a person can find a use for himself anywhere? What does it depend on?

Zarema: The main thing is faith in yourself. It doesn’t matter where we are, who is next to us, if we have a goal, then nothing will stop us. Of course, the support of loved ones inspires, but if they are not there, they will definitely appear in your environment.
Decide what you really want to do, what you do best, and you will succeed!

Colady: Zarema, have you ever faced competition? How did you deal with these situations?

Zarema: It happened more than once. Business is not only freedom, it is a constant test of strength. Frankly, the presence of competitors always adds drive and anger in a good sense of the word, does not allow you to relax.
Once I said to myself that I am the best, I do not have and cannot have competitors. And this belief in myself really charges me for new victories.

Colady:Any business is a stressful environment where you need to defend your interests. How do you manage to maintain emotional balance and harmony with yourself?

Zarema: Stressful situations happen to everyone. The main thing is to feel the support of loved ones. It is important not to fall for them, but to share what happened, tell them about your feelings. It always helps me. Peace of mind and family happiness allow me to be stronger than stress and avoid negative emotions.

Colady: Why do you think people are striving today to create their own business as often as possible in order to work for themselves?

Zarema: Business attracts those who strive for freedom, want to make decisions for themselves and understand that only it depends on what tomorrow will be like. Many strong personalities strive to be independent and build their own business.
No job will allow you to completely immerse yourself in it – there will be weekends, vacations, a desire to be lazy or put off something for tomorrow. In business, this is impossible – everything really depends on you.

Colady: Zarema, what are you dreaming about now? Do you have any other interesting ideas that you would like to implement?

Zarema: I try to keep new ideas secret, and talk about them when everything has already happened. I will definitely share the news!
