Recipes for original and inexpensive desserts made from infant formula!

When a small child appears in a family, parents will certainly use infant formula for feeding the crumbs, or for complementary foods. But it also happens that the dry milk mixture is not suitable for the baby, or he simply refused to eat it, and the parents now do not know what to do with it so as not to throw away a rather expensive product.

There are wonderful recipes for homemade treats – they were invented by enterprising housewives to put the remaining dry infant formula into action, to the delight of the whole family. Many who have tried these desserts continue to buy infant formula already specifically for the preparation of these delicious treats, which are both delicious and very healthy at the same time.

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of butter,
  • Half a glass of milk
  • 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 serving bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 box of baby formula “Baby”,
  • 150 grams of walnut kernels,
  • 100-200 grams of vanilla waffles.

How to cook:

  1. Stir cocoa powder, vanilla sugar in warm milk.
  2. Add soft butter to this mixture, then bring this mass to a boil.
  3. Then put the dishes with the mass aside from the stove, cool slightly.
  4. Add ground walnuts, dry milk mixture to the warm mass, stir well.
  5. Sculpt candies from the mass (for 1 candy – 1 teaspoon of the mass) in the form of cones (“truffles”).
  6. Grate waffles or grind with a blender.
  7. Sprinkle the sweets with waffle crumbs, put them on a platter, put in a cold place or freezer for final solidification.

Note: in such candies, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped dried apricots or candied fruits, pour melted chocolate over the candies.

Lazy sweet tooth cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of dry infant formula (any),
  • 200 grams of butter,
  • 1 serving bag of vanilla sugar
  • 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa tablespoons,
  • small nuts for sprinkling,
  • 150 grams of Plombir (or Creamy) ice cream.

How to cook:

  1. Mix or beat softened ice cream, vanilla sugar, soft butter, infant formula into a homogeneous mass in a blender.
  2. Use your hands to take a little of the mixture (approximately one tablespoon) and sculpt cones, balls, squares, etc. from it.
  3. Mix chopped nuts and cocoa in a plate, dip the cakes and place on a wide plate (tray).
  4. Put in the cold to freeze the cake.

Note: You can add 2 tablespoons of coconut to the cake mix, and pour melted chocolate over the top of the cakes and sprinkle with coconut.

Festive Truffle Candy

Ingredients:

  • 4.5 glasses of infant formula “Malyutka”,
  • 3-4 tablespoons (tablespoons) of cocoa,
  • 3/4 glasses of fresh milk,
  • 50 grams of butter,
  • 2.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 serving bag of vanilla sugar
  • for decoration – coconut shavings or ground nuts.

How to cook:

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan, put on the stove.
  2. Pour granulated sugar with cocoa and vanilla sugar into warm milk, stir so that no cocoa lumps form.
  3. Add butter, bring milk mass to a boil.
  4. Then remove the dishes with the mass from the stove, cool for ten minutes.
  5. Pour 4 cups of infant formula “Baby” into warm milk with cocoa in small portions, stir well.
  6. The mass should be very viscous, it will be very difficult to stir with a spoon.
  7. Pour the remaining 0.5 cups of milk mixture, nuts or coconut flakes (2-3 tablespoons) into a wide plate, stir.
  8. Take small pieces from the mass, forming them in the form of truffles, then roll them in a dry mixture with nuts.
  9. Store in a very cold place (preferably in a freezer).

Note: You can roll Festive Truffle sweets in cocoa powder, coconut flakes or grated waffles.

Candy with alcohol Banquet

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 box of infant formula “Malyutka”
  • 2 cups full of walnut kernels
  • One can of condensed milk (boiled condensed milk),
  • 1/2 cup of any liqueur (Baileys, Coffee, Amaretto, Creamy), cognac or Madeira.
  • 1 bar (100 grams) dark chocolate.

How to cook:

  1. Pour the “Malyutka” mixture into a rather wide cup, add ground (not very finely) walnut kernels, vanilla sugar, boiled condensed milk, pour in liqueur or brandy.
  2. Knead the mass well so that it becomes homogeneous.
  3. If the mass is too thick and crumbles, you can add a little more alcohol or milk (not very much, otherwise the candies will not stick together).
  4. Take a teaspoon of mass, roll the balls.
  5. Grate the chilled dark chocolate bar on a coarse grater, roll the candies in chocolate, put them on a flat plate.
  6. Hold the candies a little in the freezer to solidify.

Note: in addition to walnuts, you can use ground cashews, hazelnuts, pine nuts. When mixing the mass, you can also add 1/2 cup of washed soft pitted raisins to the candies.

Winter Evening Cake

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons of baby milk formula “Kid”,
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 glass of fat sour cream (from 20%),
  • One glass of granulated sugar
  • Half a spoon (teaspoon) of baking powder (slaked soda).

For the cream:

  • 5 tablespoons of baby milk formula “Kid”,
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • a glass of fat sour cream (from 20%),
  • 1 serving bag of vanilla sugar.

How to cook:

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl with high sides, add sugar, vanilla sugar, beat with a whisk or mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add sour cream to the mixture, stir well.
  2. Sift the baking soda along with the flour, pour the mixture into a bowl, beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Warm up a pan with a thick bottom, grease the bottom with butter.
  4. Pour three tablespoons of dough into the center, spreading over a circle like pancakes.
  5. After one side is slightly browned, turn the cake over to the other and bake until it is browned.
  6. For the cream, beat the fat sour cream with sugar.
  7. Pour milk formula, vanilla sugar into the cream, beat well until stable mass.
  8. Smear all the cakes with cream, as well as the sides, top of our cake.
  9. Sprinkle the cake with nuts and grated dark chocolate.
  10. Place the cake in the refrigerator (cool place) for several hours to soak.

Note: For baking this cake, you can also take any other milk mixture. To decorate the cake, you can use candied fruits, white fine coconut flakes, so that it looks like it is sprinkled with snow. In the cream for smearing the cakes, you can put any frozen berries without seeds, or 2-3 tablespoons (tablespoons) of any thick jam.
