How to cook:

  • We wash the potatoes, cut them lengthwise and “gouge out” with a “boat” knife.
  • We fill the boats with fried mushrooms, chopped tomatoes into cubes.
  • Sprinkle with dill and grated cheese.
  • We bake in the oven.

What you need: 2 eggs (raw), 4 tablespoons each of mayonnaise and sour cream, 9 tablespoons of flour, 60-70 g of cheese and… whatever you find in the fridge.

How to cook:

  • Mix sour cream / mayonnaise, flour and eggs.
  • Pour the dough into a frying pan or into a mold (do not forget to grease it with oil in advance).
  • We put the filling on top – whatever we find. Tomatoes, leftover sausages from dinner, onions with carrots, canned mushrooms, etc.
  • Sprinkle everything with mayonnaise (if available) and add grated cheese.
  • We bake.

How to cook:

  • Mix sugar with eggs and milk.
  • Dip the loaf slices into the mixture (both sides).
  • Fry in sunflower oil.
  • If there is powdered sugar, lightly sprinkle on top (and if not, you can do it yourself).

What you need: 3 potatoes, 1 onion and a carrot, a handful of rice, processed cheese, greens.

How to cook:

  • Boil rice and potatoes in water.
  • Fry the grated onions and carrots and add to the container.
  • There is also a bay leaf and a few peppercorns.
  • We are waiting for readiness and add cheese curds.
  • The soup is ready after the curds are completely melted.

What you need: pollock or hake (1 fish), flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp / l mayonnaise.

How to cook:

  • We cut the fish: we separate all the bones, remove the skin, cut into large cubes.
  • Mix mayonnaise with eggs, add flour – until the mixture reaches the consistency of sour cream.
  • We add our fish cubes to the mixture.
  • Salt, pepper, mix.
  • Fry in vegetable oil like tortillas.

Sorrel soup

What you need: 3 potatoes, 1 each onion and carrot, 2 bunches of sorrel, greens, 1 chicken leg, 2 boiled eggs.

How to cook:

  • In the boiled chicken broth, cut the potatoes into bars.
  • Lightly brown the onions / carrots and add to the same.
  • We wash sorrel leaves, cut, put in a container.
  • Do not forget about spices (laurel, pepper, etc.).
  • Pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with herbs and splash in each half a boiled egg.

What you need: 2 eggs, seven tablespoons each of flour and mayonnaise, soda, sausages, 1 onion.

How to cook:

  • Mix flour with mayonnaise and eggs + a little soda (as usual, on the tip of a knife). To the consistency of sour cream!
  • Lubricate the mold (pan) with oil, pour out half of the dough.
  • Put half of the mashed potatoes, onion fried with chopped sausages on top and another layer of mashed potatoes on top.
  • Further on top is another layer of dough.
  • We bake for about half an hour.

Zucchini pancakes

What you need: a couple of small zucchini, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, flour, dill, 2 eggs.

How to cook:

  • Beat eggs with mayonnaise.
  • Add flour until the mixture reaches the consistency of sour cream.
  • We clean the zucchini, rub them on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess juice and add there, mix thoroughly.
  • To them – finely chopped dill and salt and pepper.
  • We fry in sunflower oil, like pancakes (by the way, it is also a very anti-crisis option).

What you need: ½ a head of cabbage, 4 sausages, dill, carrots.

How to cook:

  • Finely chop the cabbage and begin to fry in sunflower oil.
  • Add finely grated carrots there, mix.
  • 10 minutes before readiness add sausages cut into rings, salt and pepper.
  • After cooking, lay out on dishes and sprinkle with herbs.

What you need: 200-300 g of raw mushrooms, 3 eggs, herbs, leeks, half a heap of radishes, vinegar, sugar, oil.

How to cook:

  • Boil eggs.
  • Fry chopped champignons with onions.
  • Combine mushrooms with chopped eggs.
  • Add the leeks.
  • Cut the radishes there (washed, of course) into rings.
  • Add leeks, parsley and green onions.
  • For dressing, mix a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, pepper and salt, ½ tsp of sugar and ½ tablespoon of vinegar.

What you need: pollock or hake (1 fish), a jar of tomato sauce or 3-4 ripe and soft tomatoes, 1 piece of onion and 2 carrots, flour.

How to cook:

  • We clean the fish, cut into pieces (preferably fillet), roll in flour, lightly fry on 2 sides.
  • Fry grated carrots and onions in a saucepan. After the appearance of the golden color of the vegetables, add tomato paste to them (or finely grated tomato pulp), add ½ cup of water so that the mixture does not burn.
  • Gently put the fish in a saucepan, close the lid and simmer the food for 10 minutes under the lid.
  • Serve with lemon wedge and herbs.

Curly Canned Fish Soup

What you need: 1 can of pink salmon in oil, 4 potatoes, 1 each of carrots and onions, herbs, 1 glass of semolina, 1 egg.

How to cook:

  • Cut potatoes into boiling water (2 l) (approx. – into cubes).
  • Add fish there (drain the oil, do not add), having previously disassembled it into pieces.
  • Add shabby (coarse grater) and sautéed onions and carrots.
  • 5-7 minutes before readiness, pour semolina into the soup: slowly and actively stirring it immediately in a saucepan with a large spoon (to avoid lumps).
  • Beat the raw egg and also slowly pour it into the soup, stirring quickly in a saucepan with a fork.
  • After a couple of minutes, remove from heat, pour into plates, add chopped greens.

What you need: 5 apples, honey, 10-15 walnuts.

How to cook:

  • We wash the apples, cut out the cores.
  • We clean walnuts, put them in apple “holes”.
  • Fill the nuts with honey.
  • Sprinkle apples with sugar on top.
  • We bake apples in the oven.

You can do without nuts (and even without honey) – just sprinkle the apples with sugar.

What you need: 4-5 potatoes, 1 bell pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, dill, 1 zucchini, nutrient layer (5-6 pieces of chicken drumstick, 4-5 pieces of pork chopped off or pieces of white fish), herbs, cheese.

How to cook:

  • We clean the potatoes, cut them like chips (about 5 mm thick).
  • We put it in “tiles” on a greased form / frying pan.
  • Peel the pepper, cut into rings, put on top of the potatoes.
  • Rub the garlic on top and sprinkle with chopped dill.
  • On top we lay 1 row of sliced, pre-peeled zucchini.
  • We create the top row from pork, chicken drumstick or white fish. You can also use sausage or sausages. Salt and pepper.
  • We fill everything with cheese, bake for about 40 minutes.

In the absence of meat, fish and sausages, we do without them. That is, we put the cheese on top of the potatoes. You can also do without bell peppers.

What you need: pollock (1-2 fish) or other white fish (you can even blue whiting), mayonnaise, onions, 50 g of cheese, herbs.

How to cook:

  • We clean the fish and cut into pieces.
  • We put it in a greased frying pan.
  • Sprinkle with onion rings and herbs on top.
  • Next, fill the fish with mayonnaise and spread it with a spoon to cover all the pieces evenly.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, bake for about 30 minutes.
